so im looking at the Profession plan, that is supposed to start at $214 a month, yet I click on the "more information" link and see its $259 a month. I go through the configuration tool, and cannot for the life of me figure out how to get that price. Then, I realize i have to do a $350 setup fee (to take $35 off per month) and remove a secondary HD ($10/mo) to get to that price.

Moosh28, the "starting at" price is always going to be the lowest price, and therefore have the lowest specifications - this is true anywhere (and in any industry), not just on our site. The configurator starts out with the more commonly selected options for convenience.

Windows 2003 pricing is on the configurator on our site. It is currently $20/month.

The PSP offer is valid for both current and new customers, however it is only valid for new server orders - not upgrades or replacements. It does not come with any games :)

The free RAM upgrades are valid for the lifetime of the account.

I do not really need Raid but I need SATA drive, any possible to work out with special?

We don't have any specials for the config (besides the Opteron coupon) but if you enter in the comments field that you would like SATA drives, we will make sure to use them on your server. Most new setups use SATA drives even though on our site it says IDE.

Opteron packages look seriously great. Mabye next step up in specs, so tempted just to have AMD instead of Intel :D

Setup times for Webmaster series are around 24 hours or less right now.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make an easy conversion to SATA RAID-1 at a later date. It would be easy to add a backup drive at a later date though. The Opterons do perform very well - we've been using them for all of our internal servers lately.
