i as a hoster used to register some domains at http://www.echolima.com/ until the problem starts:
for a while ago the domain i registerd came with an error on the controlpanel. i tried to contact them on the so called 24/7 onlinesupport,after i tried for 4 hours without getting any respons i sendt them a mail and keep trying on the online support. after 75 times and 12 hours later i finaly get answerd and the one i talked to was VERY helpfull and the problem was fixed and no more problem at that time.
but last week the problem starts again, two of my orderd domain states error on the CP and i again tried to contact online support , after 4 hours and severeal mail they answer on the onlinesupport and the one there tried to look at it and promiss the problem will be solved some hours later. next morning i checked annd still problems and now the support was offline so i tried to send even more mail and after 5 hours the support went online and answerd me and said he couldt fix it last day and he is looking at it again,i said if he wasnt familiar with modernbill so call someone that is,yes he should he said.then he promissed me to get back to me after an hour if i tried to contact onlinesupport.
5 hours later the support was still ofline and i sendt him a mail and he only said he was still working on it and forgot time, and the next morning i sendt him another mail and he said they found the problem and working on it. and now it still states an error and the as usual the online support dont answer.
my advice is. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

i think its a solo business there. Therefore lack of support staff to time. Kept away :)
