Hi,
I am looking for a reseller plan that can and will support me 24/7. I know a lot of companies say they do this but in reality and my personal experience this is not true. I am based in Europe but my clients are global. I like the plans that give you a chunk of space and bandwidth and allows you to divy it up as you please.
Suggestions please. Please don't recommend companies that you have not actually used yourself as Im looking for REAL personal experiences. This way I won't get my fingers burnt again.

Well both of these hosts donbt really have support eveery second and thats probably impossible but they will reply in email in like 1 hour or so. They also have live chat support!

McHost.com (Dont know where the servers are!)
Those are most good support hosts I know. I think ************** has most support that mchost and myacen!

They don't seem like REAL experiences to me either. If you have not used the host please don't recommend them as I want to here what is REALLY best..not just what people have heared.

No you didnt...But I got the impression that you did not know too much about your experience..ie where McHost servers are located..Had you have been a customer of theirs..you would probably have known this.
Im still looking for a real reseller program with 24/7...dosent seem to be any about does there!

Anyway..REAL RESELLER PROGRAM Required HERE! Is there a reseller out there prepared to stand by his quote of 24/7...if there is Im your man!
Anybody else looking for a reseller program by the way should look at the REAL resellers that respond here! And not just the myths of great companies that fly around here!

try alwayswebhosting.com he offers 24 - 7 support at a great price. He is avalible via email, phone, and live chat. HIs server a re housed at rackshack.
