Can you reccommend a software selling service (Software Commerce provider).
They should:

-provide credit card billing
-host software on thir server ( preferably, alt. on my website)
-handle download (alt. from my website)
-list or advertise software on their website
-HAVE NO SETUP FEE, and charge their comission after sale.

I actually do not think here on general third party CC processing services

I highly recommend Regnow (http://www.regnow.com) -- customizable storefront interface, a shopping cart you can integrate on your site, PHONE AND FAX ORDER SUPPORT, great customer support, fantastic admin backend (with reporting), and a 'plug and play' affiliate program for your customers. I've used them for 4 years now, and I have been very pleased with the improvements in service with little to no increases in cost to me!

I've done extensive integration, and they just direct deposit into my account once a month now. I don't have to handle any of the hassle of ecommerce when it comes to software products!
