I have a project:
banner exchange/link exchange
-count banner views/link views
-count banner clicks/link clicks
-it has to be possible to work whit more than one type off clients (every user type need a different amount off points for banner views/click views (editable in admin interface))
-it has to be possible to send points from on account to an other (whit an little off text whit it, the maximum size has to be editable from the admin interface)
-it has to be possible to buy link views or banner views whit points
-the admin interface needs to have the option to change the number off points for one banner view and for one link view
-the admin interface needs to have the option to change the number off points it cost for one banner view and for one link view
-the admin interface needs to have the option to change the number off points in one account
-the admin interface needs to have the option to add or delete users
-it has to be able to work whit more than one site/one banner/one link on one user account
-it needs a fully automated functions to register/login/buy banner views whit points you have/buy link views whit points you have
-a new user needs to be able to get a number off points (specified in admin interface)
-simply design (at the left site a menu whit all links that are needed, no images needed, banner will be done later, for design just a menu or better an extra php-file that is ready to be included)

i need to know what it will cost, the script has to be mine (whit reseller rights, you don't have the right to sell it to someone else whitout my written permission).
