I am on a very tight budget so if its gonna cost too much i might just use one of the open source ones and make it work till my money situation is a bit better but otherwise i would love to get something done. heres my contact info..

I'd try exo php desk if I were you, it's pretty easy to customize, and it's really good for a free script, I don't know the url off the top of my head, google it.
