I signed up with http://www.imhosted.com for just over a month and must say that their support was terrible. Once the trial period lapsed it took literally days for them to even respond to my support tickets. Don't use them!

By the way, I switched my account over to http://www.akashik.net. Hopefully things work out better :-).
