I am do not want to pay with paypal. Or other payperclick advertising sites that would be good for host adverts. With the bidding engines--Overture, etc.--CPC is determined by the bid. But I can't imagine that's done with banner campaigns. Do you just have a set price, and if so, how was that price decided upon? Tommy 03-11-2002, 12:34 PM You can have PPC banners, you just buy the number of clicks you want at an agreed rate. This happens on many different websites. Hitbox.com offer PPC on text links and images. SitePoint have also offered PPC on banner ads. You determine the rate by what you think it's worth. :) On webhostdir.com 'FEATURED HOSTS' at the bottom of the page and 'SPONSORS' to the right of the page are all PPC. |
