Am using jensleypay now. Actually, just signed up today and have already received a payment via them. Am impressed so far. Interface is easy to use and I like how they have listed their contact details and business registration details.

I think we will see more of jensleypay in coming months since iKobo has fallen thru for many of us.

Excellent! Can it run like orderwizard process like many recent hosting sites have? means configuring of order details and the payments?
or it only provides fixed pay buttons?

It also allows a shopping card. Am not shore about the orderwizard process.

Never heard that term before, orderwizard just sounds like a regular shopping cart, which they do offer.

Columbus,

You said you already receive payment VIA them (jensley), the question is, do you already receive payment FROM them?

If you did, how did you receive your funds? By their card or by bank transfer? How long it needs to receive your funds?

I also registered and signed up with them, but not yet starting using their service. I am waiting for other people who already had an experience with them

So, Columbus, please share ur experience.

Thanks!

Hi Mr Cash,

Yeh, have received quite a few transactions with them so far. Have also contacted their technical support regarding installation of their shopping cart. They got back to me promptly and even being the weekend.

I haven't yet withdrawn my funds from my account with them, however when I do I will do it via bank transfer. It's free for amounts over $50! Don't know how, as international wire transfer usually costs each party around $20.

I'm not going to use their card for withdrawing funds as they charge a percentage for this.

All the best and let me know how things go.

Anybody got the Jensley CARD ?

columbus

No. I think it's too expensive as you must pay fees to receive funds to it.

yes its wayyyyyy toooooooo expensive.

columbus

Exactly. You have to buy a Jensley card for $25, then are charged 3.5% + $3.50 per Transaction to move funds to it. This is in addition to paying 5.5% + $0.50 per transaction when receiving payments from customers. I would rather telegraphic transfer which is free to use with them.

Columbus,

I remember last time you said Jensleypay charged you higher than 5.5% + $0.50 per transaction?

Can you double confirm their fees? Thank you!

Hello Cavalry!

Yeh, they did charge me more, and then I complained to them. They gave me some lame excuse saying that the fees charged by them is 5.5%, but some virtual cards charge more. Ever since then, all my following transactions were spot on at 5.5%. So I've just let that first transaction ride....

So far, all else with JensleyPay is tops. I use a shopping cart that interfaces with them so customers do not need to signup an account. My account has now also been fully verified and they don't charge to withdraw funds via bank wire. So far, thumbs up!

Hi Columbus,

I believe you must be using Sun Shop shopping cart from http://www.turnkeywebtools.com/index.php/location/products/product/sunshop/ to integrate with Jensleypay?

I like the coupon feature from Sun Shop shopping cart. :emlaugh:

But I am a bit worry about the high reserve funds required by Jensleypay..!!

Hi Cavalry! Yeh, Sun Shop is pretty good. I like it a lot. Well worth the investment of less than $200.

JensleyPay no longer have such a high reserve. I read it somewhere on their site, but can't remember the exact figure now. I like JensleyPay because it's not just a 3PP. It also does hosting and is licenced in the UK.

Thank you so much! Columbus,

Can I use one Sun Shop license ($ 189.00) on multiple website?
This Sun Shop is hosted on our own web host, right?

Thanks!

columbus

Cavalry,

1 Sun Shop licence can only be used on 1 domain.

Sun Shop is hosted on our own web host giving us all the control.

Cheers!

Hi Columbus,

I was on live chat with Jensleypay, I was very confused with their
Credit Card Checkout and Plug-in Shopping Cart, and Jenslepay recomended me to buy shopping cart from www.turnkeywebtools.com. This looks like they do not have confidence on their own shopping cart. During the chat, the operator seemed impatience, and the chat line suddendly cut off
in the middle with this message left at the end: "Chat session was closed unexpectedly." I think the female operatot cut off the chat line Intentionally. And this made me remember ikobo's way to treat their customers. Jensleypay gives me a very bad impression!

If comparing to Stormpay shopping cart setup, I can understand and integrate it in few seconds. But Jensleypay's shopping cart is real sucks.

I submitted my ticket to Jensleypay yesterday, until now there is no reply yet.

Hello Cavalry,

You don't get a notification when JensleyPay has replied to your ticket. You need to click on your ticket and view it to check if a reply was made. So far, we have have replies within 24 hours.

Yes, JensleyPay's shopping cart is real bad that's why we paid for Sunshop. It works well and worth the spend. Since implementing this cart, all has been smooth sailing.

Have never used JensleyPay chat. I hope it was just a 1 off experience.

Columbus,

Yes, I did login Jensleypay and clicked on "View Open Ticket", but no reply from them yet. But this is not a big deal, they must be busy, and I do not expect them to reply in 24 hours.

Thank you!

Ciao!

STAY AWAY from this company. I have an unpleasent experience with them so i advise you all to stay away.

I have started using them fouled by their website information. All seemed to be great until, after 1 week of selling, i start asking about the withdraw conditions (which are NOT presented and fully explained not even in their User Agreement where its only saying that JP can make additional inqueries for the suspicious sales and under this sentence, they can do whatever they want in term of withdrawing conditions imposed to merchants !!). Then the first strike came. They issued a 45 days settlemnt period before they money are releaased and 20% are hold for another 60 days as a reserve fund. The reason was that i sold digital products and that is considered high risk.

I was furious about that and i have emailed them and requested for a lower settlement and reserve. After harsh replies, they indeed lowered the terms to 30 days and 10%. I agreed to that but i have stopped selling using them as processor from that day on.

After 30 days another strike ! When i requested the money, respecting THEIR terms, they refused saying that i am suspicious of fraud because i have sold for 7 days and then stopped. Again, furious i have emailed them explaining what happened 1 month before. And then, they said that they will release me my money only if i will close my account. I have gladly done that, but then, Strike 3. They closed my account saying that they will release me the money after 180 days as stated into their agreement. Of course they havent said anything about that when they first advice me about closing my account.
This time i have threaten with file complaints against them at the UK authorities. Which i did.
Seeing that, they reinstated my account and also allow me to withdraw the money. However, 7 days are gone since my Bank Withdraw request and the status is still pending. So i'm not fully convinced they will finally sent me the money.

Untill this minute i havent recieved a penny from them even if i have sold at the begining of April and now its almost June.

And i have forgot to mention, i am BCH verified (bank, card, postal address) and my sales havent recieved any chargeback or complaint.

So if you dont want to BEG FOR YOUR MONEY, then STAY AWAY. There are a LOT of better alternatives out there. Try Stormpay or Paysat if you want to sell digital products. For physical one, the offer is even better: 2checkout, ccnow, ccavenue.

Currently i am using Stormpay which only has a 5 days settlement for unverified users. The minus at stormpay is that they only issue checks or Direct Deposits (US only). They dont have Wire Transfer (that was the reasont i have signed up with Jensleypay in the begining) but they said in their last newsletter that they will make available, to verified users, Stormpay Debit Cards.

Once again STAY AWAY FROM JENSLEYPAY !! They suck, they have the worst comercial conditions (which of course are not specified on their homepage but hidden under complicated sentences in their user agreement) and they do not honor their obligations.

I will wait for a few days myself and i will contact an UK solicitor on this matter if they will not release me the money.

Maybe they are small and they dont have the money they need to send me (about 600 USD) and they wait for new funds, but i dont care. I will initiate a law suit if the situation will not change soon.

ciupibz,

I feel sorry to hear about this.
Did you get your money back from Jensleypay?
Please keep us updated your current status with Jensleypay.
Thank you!

Yeah. I got my money back after 2 and almost a half month !!

And that hasnt come clean. I waited for a week for the Withdraw operation to complete via bank transfer. To take this long is at least dubious because you can easily instruct the bank to sent cash to the merchant in the same day or at least the next business day. Their answer was that they process the withdraw requests SERIALY and that is why it takes more then a week to complete. This is absurd unless they really do not have money to back up their merchants and wait for sales to be process through their gateway.

Anyway, being sick of waiting i demandded to be charged a fee and my request be processed quicker. They did that and after a week and 2 days they sent the money through the bank and of course they charged me 30 USD.

As a conclusion, i waited 2 month to be allowed to withdraw funds and after i made threats with complains at UK Authority (police, FSA, TS, etc). Once allowed, the bank withdraw took another 1 week and 2 days and costed 30 USD. And that because i sell digital products and they "saw" my small business as highly suspicous (even though i have sent them scanned copies of my ID card/utility bill even though i have verified my postal address, even though i have presented them with my outstanding eBay selling history dating since 2003, with ZERO negative feedback and being a PowerSeller)

This is how they are doing business.

It is best to search for alternatives as this company has the worst comercial conduit i have ever encounter.

A bonus point, if i may call it that way is that they do respond to your emails promptly. Many cases in the same day.

Conclusion: They do exist, they are legal (UK Metro Police confirmed it to me) but it seems they have a strange way of doing business (they treat merchants with disrespect and with the presumption of GUILTY). Wonder if they will last though.

I am glad to hear that you finally received your money from Jensleypay. But it sounds like you can get your money back only after you made a lot of efforts like reporting to the UK Authority (police, FSA, TS, etc) -- and lukily you are from the UK (I assume), otherwise you migh not be able to get your money back.

And paying USD 30 to Jensleypay in order to process your payment faster is unfair to you. But since Jensleypay is holding your money, so they are the boss.

I agree that they are very suspicious people.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

By the way, if you are from the UK, you can consider to use
worldpay or moneybookers, so far I have never heard any bad things about them.
