Hello people.
It has come to my attention that I could do more with my hosting company (www.acidsun.com) if I had more people to work for me. Below is somewhat how I want the "teams" to be.
>Web Site Design Team (30% of acidsun.com profits)
-Will consists of about 3-5 unique individuals that are really talented with webpage and web site designs.
>Technical Support Team (30% of acidsun.com profits)
-Will consist of about 3-5 people who are good with Plesk v2.0 (training sessions can be held) and who have good communication skills.
>Advertising Team (10% of acidsun.com profits)
-Seeking individuals that are very good at advertising with other sites, companies, and just getting to word out to people.
Where it says XX% of acidsun.com profits, that is how much of the overall profits will be sent to that section (team). Then from that XX%, the money will be equally distributed (or according to working hours).
We are also looking for someone to redo the look of our site (if you can make it look better) and we are willing to pay (from profits).
