I havent fully used one yet but Im looking for a site builder software to run on my windows server. Not to offer it as a service to my hosting customers, but to use it for my own.

What Im planning to do is, to use the ready templates for some of my projects and then code my own stuff behind the templates. I have got a few customers asking some web applications from me and maybe the most hardest part for me is that fancy stuff, front interface.

So what you think about it guys, which ones do you think is more feasible for my goal? I had a quick look into the demo of sw-soft's site builder and I liked the templates there, very much.
