Does it matter if i do not use my hosting companies 2 nameservers ns1...ns2...I am with easyDNS and they have 4 nameservers that i could use. What is the difference?

From a technical point of view, both should work fine. That said, if your host migrates your sites to another server, or the IP address changes, you will need to manually update your DNS.

Basically, if you do end up using your own DNS servers, check with your host first. :)
