for $60 a month I shouldn't be asking this but what are the specs on the servers? are these vds?

Far as I can tell it isn't a VPS, rather a chunk of the server via Plesk's reseller abilities (which are pretty decent by the way). You'd be able to create domains and handle DNS and just about anything related to the domains, per your segmented chunk and permissions.

That's correct chicken it is simply Plesk's reseller capabilities providing you with a chunk of server space!! It is not a VPS ;)
