I have a proper disclaimer for my paid web hosting company, but i need to do one for my free hosting... Is there any special/essensial things that have to go on because its a free hosting site, and/or what would you put there?

erm I used to put "The host reserves the right to change and remove the terms of service at any time"

Depends on what you're going to allow. Usualy its just like a regular TOS and AUP from a for profit web host. Only you should be a bit stricter (no adult content, no software distribution, no video streaming).
