I am thinking of starting up an affiliate scheme for our hosting accounts.

I am unsure of what sort of fee I should give to the referer, whether it should be a percentage or set fee per account e.t.c, and if it should be an ongoing percentage or just on the first month e.t.c.

Also is there any software you would recommend to get it all up and running cause I don;t have the time to code it in house at the moment.
