I'm interested in a helpdesk, but I need to offer a paid consultancy service using the helpdesk script as follows:
The access to the helpdesk must be preceeded by a registration, and the registration is paid, so that a registered user can access then and ask a question or demand an advice after paying a predetermined amount of money using a credit card. I need 2 kinds of payments, the first one is for customers who need periodical consultancy and thus have to pay a monthly subscription and ask a predetermined limited number of questions. The second kind is for users who need to ask only one question, they should register and have a temporary access code, pay for one question then leave their email to receive the response, but they would never access again for another question unless they register again and pay consequently.
So I need your help in order to achieve this consultancy system and connect it to a merchant account using a secure server and gateway (authorize.net) for a secure credit card online processing, could you help in that?
Do somebody have any suggestions?

I'm moving this from the RaQ forum to the Hosting Software forum (as that's at least closer to the topic). For this you might need (might=probable) some custom coding. A few members here have released help desks and they might be able to contact you (off board) about your needs and custom code the few extra parts you are looking for.
