I am looking for companies that are wanting to outsource their support to another company that can provide a great service and level of expertise.

There are 3 full time staff at rnhost, mainly for local customers.
Rnhost has been in business online since 2002 and offline since 2001.

I need to have staff available at rnhost full time for any problems that may arise with my own customers, but there just isn't enough constant work.

As many people will know, offline customers require a lot less support than online but they still need the techs available when they are needed, 24/7.

I would like my own support staff to also take on work from other professional companies.

My techs can deal with OS level issues (server administration) and have a vast experience in the following control panels:
DirectAdmin
cPanel
Ensim

They have a very professional attitute to work and will be working as if they are your own staff while providing support to your customers.
