Yes we can cap it to 20 Mb/s.. If you want to burst it is $30 per Mb/s over.

How is the (included & overage) bandwidth calculated - based on 95th percentile or actual usage?

We calculate via 95th Percentile, or you can choose to be rate-limited to 20 Mb/s or what ever level you would prefer, just put a comment in the comments section of the signup form pertaining to what your wishes are.

Friend of mine got the box from you ... he loves it... server run good with 3 buzy adult domain ... stream video clips... fast download.
