hey guys, as i was reading the threads,just saw that the version 3.0 of modern bill which is coming out has a built-in ticketing support system in it !!!

Since were using perldesk right now, is there a way to transer the account over !??!


Or we just have to stick with perldesk ?

There's no word on it. Many of us have voiced our opinion that the ticketing system be either modular, so that we can link up to an existing ticketing system, or have a switch so that we can disable the feature all together. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I do hope the give the option to say disable the ticket system and just make the same link go to a real ticket system or any thing you want. I think they should thank about this before releasing 3.0.. I will make sure to ask.. hehe

I agree it should be modular as well, hopefully it will be, guess we can continue this over at MB :D

perldesk is pretty sweet. I, for one, would like to see them integrate perldesk rather than reinvent the wheel.
