PCPS Hosting (http://www.pcpshosting.com) is looking for a qualified individual to answer support requests between the hours of 10PM and 8AM Eastern Standard Time. You must be knowledgable in WHM/CPanel, Apache, DNS & BIND, etc.. This is a pay-per-ticket position.

How much will you be paying per ticket and how many tickets on average do you receive during that time?
I'm assuming that these are the times that you are not available and would like to povide near to 24/7 support to your customers?

The amount per ticket depends on your skills and abilities. We're offering very competitive wages, however, so you won't be nickel-and-dimed, per se. We receive enough tickets during that time period to require someone to cover the help desk.

I'm located in the UK, I'm just wondering what time that would be here. If it is something like night time then it would therefore be daytime here, which would make sense to hire someone from out of the USA.
