We do not want to see the term "suspended" displayed publicly anywhere, since it gives a bad impression to website visitors of a suspended website.

(ie: Sometimes a suspension is necessary to help customers remember to pay, but we don't want THEIR visitors to see that they are having trouble, etc...)

Is there ANY way to change the URL that is displayed when a page is suspended so that it does not show:

http://server.hostname.com/suspended.page/

Thanks.

You can password protect that folder too.

Best Regards,

That wouldn't make any sense. Then when someone tries to go to the site, it'll ask for a login. What would that accomplish? And that page is in the public_html directory of the main account, so that site wouldn't work either. So I don't think password protecting it would accomplish anything, it'd be even less professional.

I'd do what PTH said.
