I need a good, cheap ASP and ACCESS database host that allows at least 6gig of transfer.

At $14.95 per month for 50MB disk space and 1GB bandwidth they they aren't the cheapest, but quality does tend to cost a little extra. I think that if possible, you should go for a PHP/MySQL hosting solution. Not only is the PHP and MySQL combo easier, it is also usually faster and more reliable.
