I am wondering if anyone has experience with this company or can share a review?

I made the payment today. They say that in 24 they will answer me asking me for information and that in 7-8 days they will send me the results.

I know that here at WHT there are some users that have use their service. One of them told me they are good :)

There is! I have create an email for them and there I will recieve all the emails from all the sites that my company was submitted :)

Bohica and MidHost Staff your sites look similiar a bit, even though they are clearly not the same sites. Gotta love templates.

We used them and had everything submitted a few weeks ago, we have been getting hits from hosting directories and such now so it seemed to have went well. I think it is very much worth the money to get them to do it as it would take so many hours to do it manually yourself.

About how many hits are you getting? How many more sales per day? (if you don't mind answering these questions). :)

Also, did it actually take 7-8 days to complete?

I think we received around 75 hits in the first week or so from the hosting directories. I don't know if any sales came through it or not and hard to say if the 75 hits is going to continue as we just were submitted. We signed up for a special they had a while back but had them delay it a few weeks before submitting so I am not sure whether the 7-8 days is true or not.

We've used the service and I personally found it very much worth the money. We have hundreds of new links to our site and have received signups because of it. They do a great job and are prompt with their emails. For $35, it saved a lot of time.

I think it's a worthwhile promotional tactic.

Many of the directories they've listed are well know, have good SEO rankings, and are pretty popular in general.

Listing your company in all of them probably won't guarantee anything, but it's likely to deliver a steady stream of traffic for quite a while. Of course, whether or not you convert it, depends on your site and your offerings.

Well remember that there are a lot more of worthwhile directories out there than just the ones they have listed.
Personally I would rather handle this myself, to examine each site to decide on whether or not I want to pay for a premium listing or further exposure on that particular site, also to ensure that I am fully utilizing the site.

stokes_83, I've had mine done for a week or more now, and gotten about 15 hits total. None of them converted to sales YET, but I still think it was woorth the $79 for the following reasons...

1.) In the aspect of how much work this would've been for me, it wouldn't taken days if not weeks for me to submit to all of these directories.

2.) In terms of cost per click, at 15-20 clicks a week (if it stays that low), $79 will have been worth it in no time.

In conclusion, if you don't have time to submit to all of these yourself, and you understand the value of a client (2 would cover the $79 in a year even at my $4 a month prices), this is a good business move. If you're just looking for the quickest easiest way to get clients, this may not be the best move.

I'm going to invest in some premium listings at a few of the sites and let you guys know how that went in a month or so. :)

That's what stats are for. If you notice inbounds and conversions from the places they do post then investigate those. I agree that $79 is a good deal and we have gone ahead and paid for it.

Since a month has passed since the initial post, would the people who signed up for the service like to share their experience to date?

I personally have only gotten a few sales from it. It's good for exposure, but unless you invest additional money into it for top spots, you won't see "amazing results". I still feel that it was worth it for my few leads and bit of exposure though. :)

Had it for a month or two now. Not getting a tremendous amount of traffic or sales from it, but you also have to look at how it may help your page rank in search engines, by having your links there. I signed up before they increased the prices to $79 but I think it was very much worth that.

It's a matter of supply / demand. If you are getting too much work, raise your prices. If you are not getting enough, lower them. Same as when bannersmall raised their prices, I don't remember anyone claiming THEY were getting greedy.

We had them do our site for the search engine rankings. Traffic was not, and is still not, the point of the exercise, unless you plan on paying for promotion to the places you get entered.

A warning about this service: I tried it saying "what the hell...can't beat the price they gave me."

Well, when I went to check out some of the listings they supposedly submitted for me, there were none. When I looked at my e-mails I got from them, there was nowhere near the ammount of e-mails there should have been, and about 1/3 of my provided logins for some of these directories didn't even work.

This was quite a while ago, actually... I didn't confront them about it because I figured I was taking a risk in trying their services...and, I had already planned for the worst case scenario. It happened.

This just might be part of the "technical difficulty":

I used them a few months ago, in June I think. One guy did all the work and emailed me images of each sign up. I also setup an email address to be used for subsmissions and the site is in about 100 directories as far as I can tell.

Hmm... I was actually planning on using their service if they ever dropped their prices a bit... who knows, time will tell!

At the bottom of hostpromoter.net it says Copyright Hostpromotor.com.

They have a list of the directories they submit to. I'll just go down it and submit manually. (I have nothing better to do...!)
