One of my client's is building a website for selling wills. We have couple of small html text forms, which potential customer has to fill out , and once he/she does - They could print out the complete text, which incorporates the informatino they put it.

Basically, I'm looking for somebody to find and create plain (no design) page with some sort of script to fill in blanks in pre-written text from text fields of preceeding pages.

What is your budget for this. I could do this pretty fast I would just need a copy of the test and put a blank space whaere the info should be inserted. Once I get that I could quickly code you it.
