I want to create a support page in php which displays uptime, uptime on running services on the server such as Acpach Webcp Demon, sendmail...

Also be able to ping other servers, routers and switches to see if there online and working. Can anyone point me in a good direction for doing this or post some code?

could this script be used on a gaming server? i can't view demo times out :( i.e have the status of all servers that are on the box ftp status etc?

This software is really good but i would not like to run it on a virtual server box. Needs to have its own dedicated box. Because if its monitoring over 50 servers its really going to be a lag on other services which are running on the server.

Its a real nice peace of software and im thinking of geting a dedicated server for the software. Also there is a WAP interface so you can view the status of your network where ever you are!
