My name is Michael Eaton, I'm 22 years old living in the UK. Currently I am in college and looking for work in the area of Web Hosting/Tech Support, answering tickets/live chat support.

I have experience in the following fields:

Server Administration
cPanel
WHM
SSH
Live Chat Support
Ticket Support
BIND
PureFTP
ProFTP
Webmin


I've used linux for 3+ years, I can do remote kernel upgrades, apache config, php install, mysql administration, using phpMyAdmin or command line. I've also been recently learning php, just for the fun of it at the moment. I am very quick at learning things if I required.

A reference is also available on request from my last employer.

Payments/Availability:

I would like to recieve payments via paypal, or bank transfer. I would expect $1-$3 per ticket but this is negotiable obviously. I dont need any hosting, so please dont offer instead of payment.


I would like to stay on at college so i could only work when im not in.. I am available after 6pm-12am Monday - Thursday and from 3pm-12am Friday and all weekend.
