Do you know if is possibile to give all end user the possibility of adding A\NS\CNAME\... for their domains without be reseller and then without WHM login?

Another question: where could i set the standard mailquota (10MB for all email acounts for example) in cPanel\WHM?

No, I found out it is not possible.

try cpanel forum ...

give them the root login and a copy of putty
then they can edit http conf

the mailquota - its in WHM near the top of the left panel in one of the settings pages I think.
Just dig around up there you should find it.
