If you are looking for a full design, contact me off list at farena@nodehosting.com - I have a full team of developers with portfolio's that can do pretty much anything that you want. They can develop ASP, PHP, SQL, Access, Fusion, etc. Right now is the slow time for us, so it will just give me something to have them do, moreso than trying to make a full client out of someone.

The costs are very minimal since it sounds like you are just looking for a template to put your content into.
