Just wanering would liquid2k be the best free host, and also does anyone know of any free hosts that support SSI with no adds?

Not sure if you've been there already, but http://www.freewebspace.net has a searchy thingy, and forums (same URL but /forums ) where you can ask once you've searched. Much more free provider discussion there (than here).

Just like Chicken said, go to http://www.freewebspace.net/forums/ and do a search and you'll find out that its not very good.
