View Full Version : Advice on Billing + Ticket System + Knowledge Base

I've been following this forum and have looked at some of the recommended products by the users. Here is what I would like to ask: Is it possible to have something a kin to Modernbill with the ticket functionality and knowledge base of perl desk. I'd also be interested to know if anyone has successfully intergrated the two.

I've looked at Ubersmith and liked it but as I don't have a authorize.net merchant account in place found that i would be only using a part of it's functions.

Would users please advise stating the strengths and weaknesses of their systems or accounts..?

ModernBill 3.0 is due out in a month or two and will have a built in ticket system. I will let others comment on knowledge base products that you could integrate.

Do you have an ETA of the release of modernbill 3.0?

Still very interested in knowledge base products (tried and tested) and in PHP.

I have modernbill and it is suppose to go into beta on 3-18.

I am really hoping that it is out in a month.

I love ModernBill.....If you are using Cpanel/WHM check out www.phpmanager.com it has all of those built in. Or check out perldesk.com it has a kb built in. Search www.hotscripts.com for more
