Stay away....my biz partner used them last year and went through hell. His site was down, frequently, when he would e-mail support he'd get a response(ususally within a week), that looked like it was written by a 3 year old saying the problem was fixed but it wasn't and then they refused to give up rights to his domain, finally had to bring in a lawyer, of and he sent e-mails to multiple places but got the same person repsonding each time so it was a 1 man show....
now that was a year ago and things do change but speak to a few current customers before buying

We had an account with them for one of our customer, 9 months ago, and we had signed for 1 year of hosting.

After 2 months, they closed the account without refunded us by saying that we used video images!!!

Hoho, it's a toon web site for kids!!!

Read attentively their agreement before signing with them!
