In October, after a painful search, I decided that perhaps ******* was the best solution for windows hosting, starting with shared and growing to dedicated. Their prices were medium, their infrastructure seemed sound, and they lacked the kiss-my-butt-if-I-let-you attitude toward minor customizations that I need.

But it seems that many others made the same decision, and they have lately been overloaded, with slow servers and network outages. I would not be surprised if their attitude has changed also, now with perhaps more business than they can handle.

Any latest news? Do I need to start the search over?

I think you just answered your own question...

I finally left after losing several customers. But they REALLY tried, and I know they have their other network up and running now.
Customer service is very responsive and honest.
To tell you the truth, I felt kind of bad about leaving.
