I heard about selling domains free through registry rocket. I was wondering if this can work with whois.cart() since it's a part of eNom.

No, I don't think so. I'll explain.

If I understand correctly, whois.cart() is run on someones own website and connects with eNom's API to conduct transactions.

Registry Rocket is run via an eNom supported website that is labeled with your company name. Resellers do not have access to the code that makes Registry Rocket function, so there is no way to implement things like whois.cart or DRAMS on it.

registryrocket and PDQ are standalong products where u can use to sell your domains directly from enom and their provide you with billing services.

if u use whois.cart or drams you need to use the API and your own payment processing provider.
