They then give you a contact to call for Visa and Mastercard. ___________________ keith akashik 03-08-2002, 05:42 AM Planet Payment... but... I just recieved an e-mail from their support dept in relation to a concern I have with them. In total it's taken 10 days, and then only to tell me the problem is being bumped on to another department. Thinking of cancelling and signing up somewhere else if this keeps up (luckily it doesn't get usef for much). If we ran our business like that we'd have been closed down a long time ago Greg Moore Western 03-08-2002, 10:00 AM We are currently using the iHTML Merchant but looking at other options right now. http://www.ihtmlmerchant.com/ Dave jgriff64 03-08-2002, 11:50 AM I have used Barclays EPDQ and WorldPay through Natwest. WorldPay i think, so far, have been brilliant. Alot better than EPDQ. Their support has been excelent and set up time was very fast. Within a couple of days. diederik 03-08-2002, 11:53 AM I'm using 2CheckOut now, but I'm considering moving to HostCharge, because they have some more nice features for hosting companies  Not sure, though jfebus 03-08-2002, 01:05 PM What about PaySystems? Any advice? Jose kunal 03-08-2002, 01:21 PM worldpay, they are simply brilliant.... excellent service.. great support :) worth every $$ akashik 03-08-2002, 02:45 PM Originally posted by jfebus What about PaySystems? Any advice? Paysystems are good. We've used them for a long time now. They're not a full merchant provider however (you get no access to the client credit details as such). There are a few work arounds to make dealing with this lack of direct information easier, and support is usually fairly quick to respond (24 hours or so) Greg Moore Mxhub 03-09-2002, 06:57 AM Count me in. Paysystems are good. Our ticket usually reply within 24 hours. Angel78 03-09-2002, 08:33 AM puhh ibill.com takes 15% from CC orders.. 2checkout looks nice but has only $ option, and i do need a € (euro) currency too. hostcharge also doesnt support €..:( and has 10 $ statement fee grrrr.
