I have registered a domain to use for my new reseller hosting business.
A google search shows a similar domain in use already (I'm sure it was'nt there a few days ago).

My domain is *****hosts.net. The other domain is *****host.com

The ***** is the same in both cases

My question is should I go ahead and use the domain name or get another?

To start with, always think of a .com AND THEN register the .net as well. Using a .net as your BUSINESS domain inevitably send traffic to the .com guy, UNLESS they are famous enough to leak you their residuals, but then you might risk being gone after for infringing or diluting their rights.

they are bit different because of host and hosts

but still getting new one is WAY better than using some name that might confuse ppl plus losing the .com to another 3rd party
