I contacted them some time ago enquiring about a Swiss bank account, and at the time, no apostille was required. I suggest taking a look at ePassporte for a prepaid debit card. Beware though, ePassporte may just cancel your account for no reason whatsoever. I opened a prepaid account with them, and they then cancelled my prepaid debit card after 1 week. No minimum deposit was required. Things may have changed, so I suggest contacting Aggregate Finance to get the latest info. An easier option is spain where only a copy of your passport would be needed to open the account. |
