Yes, they are stupid, to be frank. But I must also credit them with their professionalism. Their support has remained courteous all the time even when confronted with really rude comments on their own support forum. (You could imagine how mad people are over there.) Not once have I seen any of their senior support staff show the slightest trace of anger, no matter how harsh the criticism is (and some are actually not facts but baseless accusations). This is the kind of company that I would give them a second chance.

true, they have few rude employees, can you imagine i had one from sales who was rude!
