I am thinking of going with MxHub, but I would like to hear from clients of theirs first.

How do you rate them with support issues etc. ?
Have you had any problems with them ?
Would you recommend them ?

Recommend mxhub? There are other better webhost than us. You can check out hostrocket, aletia for good control panel. :)
