I just double checked and found quite a few clients that have not been rebilled for their monthly services. Anyone else get this from them? This troubles me greatly.

Checking their previous recurring billing I do see some variation in the dates they do the recurring billing, so hopefully they will rebill a few days later.

For example, I see a client who signed up on 1/12 and was rebilled on 2/5.

Have you looked through the 'processing schedule' list in the control panel?

Haven't noticed any issues like that myself at all, and I keep a pretty close eye on things. We've had a few quirks happen but nothing that wasn't corrected after an e-mail or two.

I can't seem to find this 'processing schedule' item. Can you point me to it? What main menu is it under?

From the main login screen go to:

Transaction Management > Recurring Transactions >
then on the main screen:
2. Review Processing Shedule

From there just select 10, 20 or 30 days into the future.

If a client remove the recurring transaction, will you get a notification indicate that order id xxxxxxxx can't be proceed when the new recurring transaction comes in? Client tend to remove recurring transaction and i don't think we had the time to take down the order id and wait for his account to expire and then remove it.
