Thanks diederik, I just found that, my site is more popular than most of the big players in my market.

I have some 200 paid websites.

Have registered some 600 domain names.

Around 10,000 free members showing more than 6000 my banners per day on their free website.

Have 2 servers for hosting: 1 linux and 1 windows 2000.

I have no idea of the value, but need money to cover my losses for other business.

This website is running into profits, and has tremendous scope, especially in India and other Asian countries.

I would be more interested to get some partner, who pay me half of the value to be a 50% partner.
