My domain expired from Jan 19, 2005 but eNom keeps it (they set domain status to REGISTRAR-LOCK but say it's under the Extend GRP period). When will they delete my domain from their database?

They say it should be dropped after 70-75 days, but until today it's still REGISTRAR-LOCK. As far as I can see, it will be about 70-75 days more after they drop for anyone to pick the domain, won't it? How can a registrar keep a domain AS LONG AS THEY WANT like that?

I have seen them hold on to one for 3 months.

I watched a domain I wanted for 6-9 months after it "expired". Sometime after that I lost interest and let just it be...

Generally an expired domain is held for 60-75 days

i emailed them since it was rexpired at their DB and renewed at the registry (and owned by unpaid department) 2 days later they deleted it although i offered to purchase it :D

can't recall the name really but that was couple of years ago heh, even netsol used todo it before verisign sells it.
