A little off-topic, but . . .

I want to create a virtual community with free banner sites and the option to upgrade to non-banner. I also want to integrate a good WYSIWYG editor, like SiteStudio. I have a dedicated NT2K server to run this on.

My question is this: would any of the hosting management or cp packages be appropriate for this? I've also looked at FingeTips and EasyHost as two alternatives, but they lack a lot of features.

Any ideas?

What features are you looking for? I've found EasyHost to offer way more than I need. There has been tons of updates in the past few months for it and it now offers space limit allocation, a WYSIWYG editor, upload limits, max files and max directories restrictions...even a bandwidth limit if you have mod-perl!

In my opinion, EasyHost is by far the best you can get, and the price of $150 is cheap compared to other hosting software companies that doesn't give nearly as much. The team at CyberScript always gives me unbelievable support, and takes all feedback and ideas to improve their product. If you are looking for bug-free software at an amazing price, go to http://www.cyberscript.net before they find out how much more they could sell it for :)
