Hiya i just wondering as any one mangaged to create some good custom logon messages and logoff messages e.g

So it displays the clients IP address username and home directory detals in the message e.g.?

Just to bump this topic, I would also like to know this. I've experimented with this but never fully figured out how to do it... however, i have seen it on other hosts before.

Yes it would be nice because it looks all fancy and the users know if there beind a proxy or which server and username they are actually connecting on.
