Alright..

I have a question about Certihost.com.. I just signed up with them and my site admin is not activated after one day.. Should I be worried? (because I am). They advertise being instant set-up and 24 hour customer help (I have not been helped at all thus far). Will someone please fill me in on what the hell is going on?

If they advertise instant setup then you should be a little worried........I am assuming that you have contacted them but gotten no reply........you are just going to have to wait for their response......

I've been searching forums all over for what people say.. And I find this one guy keep ranting about their ****ty customer support.. Aw, ****.

I don't know about certihost.com, and looks like they don't have a phone line support. But don't be discouraged. You still have the chance get your money back (within 30 days) if you decided to leave and find other web hosting company. There are hundreds of good ones in this forum. :)

is a chargeback possible. theres always that route. instant setup should really be within 30 minutes max. and 24 hour support,maybe thats the wait time lol.
but yes start asking questions. dont worry about loosing the money, you can recover that.
