Lately my site has been down more than up, not to mention that they messed up my support desk script. mdrussell 03-09-2002, 11:34 AM Unfortunately these 'ridiculous downtime issues' are beyond our control. If VDI mess up our IPs, there is little we can do about it. I offered you the oppurtunity to move to a different server because your IP seems to be one that is affected regularly. The problem with your support desk was caused by the DBD:mysql module, which we corrected as soon as we could. We are currently running buildapache.sea which is why you may have problems accessing your site currently. I apologise for inconvenience caused, but we are doing are best to get these issues sorted. |
