A reseller to VPS solution would not qualify for the "free" offer on a VPS.

Which # did you leave your voicemail on, I'm sorry it wasn't returned, I just checked the 800 #'s and there was nothing new on them.

As for phone support, we offer emergency support for things like server down, DoS attacks, hacked, etc. We try do to as much regular support via our ticketing system, email, and live chat so we can track problems.

yup, but I couldn't find any other thread with offers from them, and the linked sponsor page in their thread still exists, so I'm hoping for a kinda similar offer from them if they still check wht boards :)
