Hi. I am looking into starting a new company, and have been planning to a long time (almost a year) and I was wondering if it is possible to not register as a company right off, and just wait until I get my finances under control, and then register. Currently, I don't have the money to register. Thanks, I look forward to your input.

You should register now and not wait until you already started your business.

Yeah in the US you really want to register before you start everything. It's keeps you legal and safe.

If you wait to register, you won't be able to count anything you spend towards starting your business as an expense.
