Whats the best program to make good banners with? :)

I find it alot easier than PhotoShop.. Plus ALOT cheaper.. It is very flexible and I have not found anything that is has not been able to do.. Thats what I use for all my banners. Not only can I put out banners in no time, I can also put out whole sites just using Photoshop and Imageready, no HTML editor.:D |
