We're looking for additional staff for our HelpDesk ( support.hostit365.com ). Must have experience with customer relations and be able to provide support for:

CGI script installations
MySQL, PhpMyAdmin and shell
PHP, Perl
FrontPage extensions
CPanel 4
Help people deal with domain registrars
Always be friendly and sincere, no matter what!
Respond quickly to new tickets
