Personally I don't know any registrar who offers ALL international TLDs for a reasonable price. Service like speednames.com are able to register a lot of TLDs but they ask high prices.
The other way is to talk directly to the registry of the country (try nic.tld), it's cheaper but usually more work. My last experience was .cz - what a hassle!

http://www.1globalplace.com have an affiliate program and they register domain names all around the world, but they have now been taken over by verisign. Still worth adding to your list of places to check out.

Yes, but as I said - extremely expensive.
E.g. they ask $275 for an .at domain - oh lord.

Yes as you said very very high prices,
and I don't think any customer will pay for example $150/Year for a domain and $100/Year for hosting account..
the prices are crazy..
Thanks for your reply

yes it is expensive, but it is a good tool to check if domains are registered in a particular country.
i think they are more geared to the larger corporation who wants to register their company name as a domain in many countries as possible, not very cost effective though.
